My Current Obsession: Hair Barrettes

I will be the first to admit that I can be a Basic B*ch when it comes to hairstyles. I’m either curling my hair or throwing it up in topknot. I like a simple, no fuss, quick fix to a bad hair day. When I found out that hair barrettes are coming back, I said to myself “Perfect, it’s simple and yet adds a little sass to my look.” I know what you’re thinking: “The clip-on barrettes that I wore back in middle school?” Yup, THOSE. They’re coming back and it’s everywhere. There’s classic European barrettes if you’re looking for a elegant look. And there’s barrettes with sparkles and neon colors if you want to take it back to the 90s.

There’s multiple looks you can create with hair barrettes. You can stack them on top of each other on one side, or place one of each side with a middle part.
