This Winter I had the privilege to work with Skunkfunk, an awesome SF boutique practicing sustainable fashion. Skunkfunk first made it’s mark in Bilbao, Spain in 1999 and since then has branched out to 700 shops worldwide.
Skunkfunk brings you fashion that has an appropriate mix of casual, urban, flirty, and artistic. Not only are they commited to bringing you the latest trends in urban attire, Skunkfunk makes their products from environmentally-friendly fibers and transport these products by sea to reduce their carbon footprint.
Skunkfunk’s Winter collection is filled with deep berry tones, such as teal and burgundy. Berry tones are my favorite palette to play with during the Fall/Winter season. Here I’ve created a look that is “happy hour” ready.
Let’s first start with the Michaela trousers. They’re SUPER comfy and transitional too! Wear them with a pair of sneakers to run some errands, then throw on a pair of heels for happy hour with the girls (or Taco Tuesday, since these pants have drawstrings. Winning.) On top, I’m wearing the Reinelle sweater and Raina jacket. The jacket’s has shearling in the interior lining; perfect for keeping warm in the evenings. Lastly, my favorite part of this outfit is the clutch by NSK. Aside from having an awesome geometic print, it is also durable, waterproof and 100% recycable.
The next time you’re on Valencia in the Mission, be sure to check out Skunkfunk 🙂
